In 2026, we're reinventing advertising with Charlotte Bride Guide! It's as simple as ever to join our community. No memberships, no lead fees, no contracts, just your selections and set prices. Fill out our "Advertise with Us"(charlottebrideguide.com/advertisewithus) form when you are READY to proceed. For bridal shows, our team will reach out to confirm availability and then send your invoice. For all other selections, an invoice will be sent and is due within 48 hours. Please recognize that we are also a small business, please don't complete the form until you're ready to commit. There's no pressure, just come back when you're ready to move forward.

We take our resource and reputation seriously. Not all vendors will be eligible for advertising. We check reviews, quality of your links submitted, etc. to confirm that you're a good fit for the couples who trust us. New businesses are okay, but repeated bad reviews will be a red flag.

The Best of Charlotte Bridal Show is Charlotte's original, boutique-style wedding show. We're all-inclusive (yes, we've got vendors for grooms too!), it's typically free to attend, and you'll find new vendors at every event! Our vendors and guests LOVE our show because we provide the environment for actual 1:1 connection, leading to MORE bookings, often on the spot! We limit the vendors per category, and we don't allow a bunch of irrelevant vendors to join our shows. It's stress-free, real connections, and always a great time!

Our show is designed to give couples and vendors an opportunity to actually connect. We invest in marketing, guest experience, and curating events with intention. You've probably seen ads for other shows generated by AI. How much can that company really care about you if that's how they post ads? At Charlotte Bride Guide, we're family-owned and operated and we genuinely care about your success!

We do NOT provide email addresses or other contact information for registered attendees. We've found this makes guests more comfortable signing up for our events because they can control the inquiries they receive. For a guest that has certain vendors booked, it would be annoying to get hundreds of emails and have to subscribe from different lists you never wanted to join. Our guests regularly thank us for this practice! However, we recommend collecting emails at your booth and following appropriate follow-up protocols to close the deal!
